02Who we are
PURENEST COMMERCE LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company offering ready-to-assemble case goods and cabinet furniture for online order requests from 4801 Lang Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
03Catalog and starting prices
Prices shown on the Nest Composer and case line are starting tickets for the listed scope. Finishes, freight, and stock confirmation may change the amount you ultimately pay. We do not guarantee that every SKU is available every day.
04Order requests are not instant checkout
Submitting the desk form or building a bag creates a request for confirmation, not an automatic purchase. A binding sale occurs only when we confirm availability, finish, and freight in writing and you accept the payment instructions we provide.
05Assembly and install
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products ship as flat-pack carcasses for assembly by the buyer. PureNest does not provide on-site millwork installation, plumbing, electrical work, or countertop fabrication.
06Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, Nest Composer interface, and brand marks are owned by PureNest or used under license. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse without written permission.
07Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form (spam, malware, scraping that degrades service, or attempts to probe for vulnerabilities). We may block abusive traffic.
08Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that product photos show every production variation of grain or finish tone. Concept imagery is labeled where it is illustrative.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureNest’s total liability arising from site use or an order request is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific goods at issue, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PureNest against claims arising from your misuse of the site, inaccurate information you submit, or improper assembly or installation of products.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in courts located in New Mexico unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
12Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
