PURENEST COMMERCE LLC (“PureNest”, “we”, “us”) sells ready-to-assemble case goods and cabinet furniture online from Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Privacy Policy covers this website, the Nest Composer and bag tools, and the desk order-request form. It does not cover other websites we may link to.

02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an order request we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, the pieces and quantities in your bag (including finish selections and starting totals shown to you), and any notes you add. When you use the desk form we also receive the topic you select and your message. If you use “Carry notes to the desk,” the Nest Ready checklist summary is included only if you submit the form.
Information collected automatically. Our web host may keep server logs that include IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these records for security and troubleshooting.
Information stored in your browser. Bag contents are kept in local storage on your device so they survive a reload. This stays on your device until you remove items, clear the bag after a successful send, or clear browser data.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through this site. Please do not put them in free-text fields.
03How we use information
We use the information you submit to respond to order requests, confirm finishes and freight, answer questions about the catalog, improve the clarity of our pages, and protect the site against abuse. We do not sell personal information.
04How form submissions travel
When the public mailbox is wired, form submissions are emailed to our inbox using the hosting provider’s mail facilities. Until that mailbox is active, the form endpoint may not deliver live mail. Do not rely on the form for time-critical notices until the contact email on the homepage shows a PureNest domain address.
06Third-party resources
This site may load fonts from Google Fonts or similar providers. Those providers may receive technical request data according to their own policies. Product imagery and page assets we host ourselves are served from our site or host.
08How long we keep information
Email correspondence and order-request records are kept as long as needed to fulfill the request, meet tax or bookkeeping needs, and resolve disputes. Server logs are retained according to our host’s defaults unless we shorten that period. Bag data in your browser remains until you clear it.
09Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information you have sent us, or ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed, by emailing the address in the contact section. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond within a reasonable time.
10Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small retail website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please use a unique password for your email account and avoid sending sensitive payment details through the form.
11Children
This site is intended for adults purchasing furniture for household or light commercial use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12Where information is processed
Information may be processed in the United States, including New Mexico where we operate, and in data centers used by our hosting and email providers.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you have read the updated policy.
