01What we ship
PureNest ships flat-pack case goods from the Albuquerque coordination address. Tall wardrobes and large sideboards may ship as freight rather than parcel.
02Freight quotes
Starting prices on the site do not include freight. After you send an order request we confirm pieces, finish, and destination ZIP, then send a freight quote before payment.
03Delivery areas
We primarily serve addresses in the United States. International or freight-forwarder requests are case-by-case and may be declined.
04Timing
Lead times depend on stock and carrier schedules. Any date we share is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival window, unless we state otherwise in writing.
05Receiving a shipment
Inspect cartons on arrival. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt when possible and photograph packaging before opening. Keep packaging until you confirm panels are intact.
06Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass according to the shipping terms stated in your confirmation email (typically when the carrier accepts the goods).
07Fees
Liftgate, residential delivery, or redelivery fees may apply and will be listed in the freight quote when known.
